Shipping Policy

(A) DELIVERIES WITHIN INDIA

• For all orders within India, shipping is free on paid orders above ₹999.
• Orders within India take 6 - 10 working days to be delivered.

(B) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For International deliveries, the charges depend on the location. International orders take 3 - 5 weeks to be delivered.

PLEASE NOTE :- Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

Delivery fee will be charged considering various factors such as size and weight or the product ordered, delivery location, preferable mode of delivery, and so on.

We get in touch with our international clients via social media or email regarding orders within 24-48 hours of order being placed.

(C) DELIVERY TIME

The items available to purchase on the website will be shipped within India in 24-48 hours of receiving the order plus 2-3 days from shipping to delivery.

In most cases, orders should reach the customer by the 6th or 7th day of order being placed.

In case of unforeseen delays, we will inform the User. At this point, the order may be cancelled by the user with our consent.

 

For international users, we shall intimate the estimated delivery time through whatsapp/e-mail once the order is processed. In case of unforeseen delays in the Delivery Time beyond one month of the estimated Delivery Time, My Healing Crystal Store will notify customers so that customers may choose to cancel their order.

 

 

Production of custom-made decorative items or crystal products depends on the intricacy of the item purchased. It could take 3 to 14 days to make the customized products after which the order will be shipped. 

Production time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with My Healing Crystal Store and all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. as may be reasonably requested for by My Healing Crystal Store are completed. Within India all of My Healing Crystal Store’s orders are shipped from Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address via our delivery partners. Processing the order normally takes 4-5 working days and then shipping within Indian normally takes 3-4 Weeks, the estimated delivery time is 6-10 working days, however in some special cases there may be delays.

For international users the estimated delivery time is 3-5 weeks once the order is processed.
