Where Do you source your crystals from?

All of our crystals and crystal products are handpicked from ethical locations within India, and there is a magical story behind our connection with all of our vendors. Our home decor and pooja items are all handcrafted at our workshop in Mumbai.

All of our products and designs are unique and there’s something to fall in love with each of them!

Any product listed on our Website first goes through a ‘vibe-check’ by us! If the energies are positive, it goes live!

However, with respect to products, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, color, polish and life of the metal wiring, charms used, metal beads and connectors, used in the articles.

 

How do I pick the right crystal for me?

There are certain crystals that you will feel naturally drawn towards, when it does happen, know that the crystal is choosing you, and go with your intuition.

How can I pay for my orders?

Currently we are accepting payment online, through Debit Card, Credit Card, Google Pay, Paytm, and UPI. We do not offer COD at the moment. For COD, please visit our Amazon Store.

How will I know when my order is confirmed?

Once we get your order, you will receive an order confirmation email along with the timelines.

 

What are your shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping on all orders aboveINR 999 across India. For International Customers, shipping will be charged based on location and purchased product.

 

How long will it take to ship my product?

We often process your order within 48 hours and during peak seasons, we may take up to 3 days but in any case the order reaches you within 6-7 days after placing the order. We have partnered with the best of shipping companies to provide secure shipment at the earliest. 

 

Can I trust your Payment Gateway?

Absolutely, our payment gateway is extremely safe. We ensure complete privacy of customer's details.

 

What is your return policy?

We believe in making your experience positive every time. So we allow you to return your products within 48 hours of purchasing.

Where are you located? 

We are located in Mumbai, India. My Healing Crystal Store is a small home-based family business completely operated manually from our Workshop and a small team in Mumbai. We travel frequently to showcase our products at trade shows globally. We don’t have a storefront yet, coming soon!
